The DEPARTMENT of SPEED™ are conducting Speed and Agility Training sessions for young athletes. All levels will be accommodated. The sessions will focus on the development of fundamental movement & mechanics, developing the fast twitch nervous system, and core strength. The refinement of these skills will greatly improve an athlete’s performance in his/her sport. The DEPARTMENT of SPEED™ training focus is dynamic movement, speed and explosion, core strengthening, agility and flexibility.
Mondays & Wednesdays: 7pm – 8pm for high school and college aged athletes
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9am – 10am for middle school and elementary school aged athletes
*Thursday: 7 – 8pm we offer a one hour supervised stretching session
